I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Pleasanton, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Turned in an application to the store, got an interview time right away. Went in for my first interview and was told to come back for another. At my third and final interview I talked to the head manager and they told me they would call me a few days later- no call. I went in and they told me to keep waiting(no specific time). Got a call a few days later telling me I got the job! Keep your hopes up!
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Windcrest, TX)
Interview
The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
I applied online and they asked why I wanted to work at In-N-Out burger (250 character limit), They emailed me a week or two later and set a date for a interview.
