If you are running late to a client meeting due to the fact that another client had a priority issue, How would you notify the client that you were behind?
It depends on the policy/procedures in place at the company & the type of contact info I have for the client. If possible, I’d rather call the client to inform them of the short delay, and ask if they have any questions or concerns. I’d also express to them that I work diligently with each customer to ensure all questions are answered & concerns resolved. I’ll also express that they will receive the exact same service.
