Interview
I waited a long time (1.5 months) after submitting my resume, although I had an employee referral. I received another offer while waiting, pressed IMS for an answer and was immediately called in for an interview. I met with the hiring manager only. We discussed my skills and experience by walking through the standard interview questions. The rest of the team was not invited to meet with me. A few days later I met with the group's VP, but that conversation was mostly intended to confirm a personality fit.

Nothing uexpected, the interview was pretty standard.
Total of three stages, including hr screening, market research and data analysis assessment, final company fit call. All very through and had Points of contact throughout every stage. Recommend it

General questions regarding xp and knowledge on relevant matter
A standard thirty to forty-five minute interview with typical interview questions. Both technical skills and professional experience-related questions were asked. Pretty straightforward, no tricky questions. Only one interviewer. Conducted on Teams.
The video interview is very quick, which contain five questions. But it is really hard to complete your answer in a very short time while detailing every qualification you have
