IPA interview questions

It took a month to even be contacted for an initial interview. That first meeting was a very brief Zoom chat with HR, who is a contracted third party. I was then invited to meet virtually with the president (it's a small association) and was told it would take a while to complete that round due to scheduling conflicts. I waited another 3+ weeks to be notified if I was selected to move forward (or not), just to see the job reposted without any notification. The entire process took two months which did not feel respectful of candidates' time.

Dry, not technical. Just trying to get to know you, vibe check. Didn't really feel like an interview. Would randomly ask a few deep questions and did not react to my responses. Should have known then I was cooked.
