Interview
The first step is an interview with Hr: somewhat informal, but very professional and exhaustive on both ends. After a fairly easy problem solving test, a more thorough interview is done with a stakeholder, in which more detail on the candidate's capabilities and conformity for the job are tested

Il colloquio tecnico prevedeva la review (complessità e ottimizzazione) del codice scritto durante la fase di preselezione, domande su linguaggi compilati vs interpretati e altre nozioni base dell'informatica, esercizietti di ragionamento, basi di sql

They care a lot that they are NOT consultancy, but a product company.
- Programming test
The programming test was about implementing a simple system using HashMap and some data structures. Overall easy if you know data structures and programming at second-year-computer-science-university level. You have a limited time, but it should be fine for you to complete it.

The interviews go from the most generical to the most practical to check that you can deal with different kind of stages of software development. To train effectively, try to prepare something to show them you can work in team and be productive in a working environment, and bring examples. Very easy overall, they do not seek for a specific kind of person

Technical questions about data structures, serverless computing (only the surface of the subject), API managment (only the surface of the subject), some simple algorithm (do not overthink on this, keep it simple)
