ION Energy interview questions

I got message from a recruiter on LinkedIn. After initial discussion of opportunity he sent me the test link. I completed the test within two days. Following the test I had a phone interview with the Co founder from France. Following that was the in person interview at the office in Andheri with the CEO. I was asked questions regarding my previous projects. In my final interview, I was asked if I am available to join immediately the next day.

It was a very well sketched interview. Firstly there was a discussion call regarding the discussion about the role. Post discussion, there was an assignment given to be solved. Succeeding to that, a Technical interview was held for around 1 hour. The solution of the assignment gave the interviewer the leverage to judge the candidate for the Technical round. It was structured in an appreciable way such that it covered the resume completely. Finally, there was an HR round.
