Interview
The first round is a phone screening, the second round is the interview with team members, and the final round is with the MD. The interviews are virtual, and last for 30 minutes.

Why this company, what do you understand about the role
Got an interview invite after 2 weeks of the application date. It was a direct interview with the team you would work with, and the result was given the next day.
Disconnected, short, to-the-point. It demands a very high level of applicant - one needs internship experience at other companies, the top grades possible, or for their father to be in the company to apply realistically.
I applied the position online. They quickly invited me for the first round, and there was only one round. I successfully pass the interview and got the position. I didn't work for a long time due to my non-student status.
