My experience from beginning to end was thorough and seamless. Keriann has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the interview process. Upon completing my screening process with her, she moved me to the next level and I was granted a phone interview with the Store Manager Monica.

Recruiter contacted me on the weekend. Very nice and helpful about understanding the role and company culture. Second interview was scheduled within a week. Great insight again on the role, very thorough on the responsibilities and the expectation of what Ikea stands for.
