I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IGG (Santa Clara, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
The interview process is very smooth. Most of the time it's one interview with a PM and a HR person. General questions and mostly just a chat to see how the company fits to you and vice versa. If everything works out there is another interview with the CTO either on the same day or after scheduling it.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at IGG (Santa Clara, CA) in Oct 2011
Interview
A friend of mine worked on IGG so when he told me that they opened a position, I didn't think it twice and I sent him my resume. After 2 days I received a phone call from the HR person asking me if I wanted to go for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was with one PM and the HR person and it was the easiest interview of my life. Both of them brought some prepared questions but they ended up using only the first one since I turned the interview into a conversation. I had an interview with the CTO the same day and his only concerned was if I had all the paperwork to work in the US, which I found very disrespectful but at the moment didn't care since I needed the job.

Question 1
Since the people who interviewed me had zero interview experience, they started with "Why would you like to work here?" After that I basically took over and turned the interview from a question/answer one to a conversation where I went into detail about my experience and what I could bring to the company.
