Interview
One phone interview where they go over your resume and ask you a variety of technical questions. If you have a solid background on data structures and algorithms, then you will do fine. It also helps to know a lot about the intricacies of C++ and C#. I received a phone call shortly after the phone interview notifying me of an offer.
