Interview had an interaction related to real life scenarios and the Excel Test which assessed the suitability for the role. Moreover, the finance head mentioned the expectations related to the role. The team was very clear on what the roles entailed.

They ask about how well you know the role and the company. If you are flexible enough to meet the job requirements. Also they tested the foundational knowledge regarding accounting roles.
