I had an initial interview at the College then was invited to their offices for a final round. The interview process involves you meeting with several people and having meaningful conversations then walking through a case.

Question 1
Talk about your resume and why you are fit for the job. Relatively informal.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Interview
Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
