There is a talent quiz that you take when you submit your application, and then the branch manager of the branch that I applied to reached out to me to set up an interview. I was able to complete this interview via Zoom and from the comfort of my own home. The manager and the assistant manager both were part of the interview process and they were very kind and personable.

I had a in depth over the phone call to set up an video call interview. Everything was very thorough as far as expectations for my role, the community, and benefits that make ICCU one of the best places to work.

Interview
I had two different interviews. One with Sarah Plew and one with Nicci Wilson. Both interviews were a great experience. They were kind and professional. Asked great questions and were good listeners to my answers. Sarah listened to my background and was thoughtful on my family life and suggested a micro branch. These hours are great for my work/family life.
