It was one meeting for coffee. There were no hard questions. In the next 3 weeks i had a job. I would recommend you find out how long your boss will be there. Before you join.

Brief and mostly focused on personality and sales experience.
Lots of conversation about the current state of tech.
Several questions aimed at developing an understanding of the ways in which I viewed internal interface systems.
Managed to speak with over five different people before the two days of interviewing were over.
Process was smooth and I was entirely aware of every step in the process.
