Interview
Online IPAT Test (Very Hard), assessment centre (Multiple interviews, IPAT verification and group tasks) then a job offer. Different jobs on offer as an intern and you are offered a tailored job to suit your skill set. They use a process called 'matching' where you are put in a pool of other applicants and a hiring manager can pull you from the pool and offer you a job.

Group tasks were hard, interview questions were standard, however they do have a copy of your online IBM CV submission so make sure you remember all you wrote in full!.

Interview
Interview was pretty hectic. Presentation followed by 30 minute 1-1 meetings with other members of the group. Everyone seemed pretty casual and eager to know your research. Questions were mostly about the research projects I worked on and how it fitted into their research and requirements.
