This interview is for fresh grads.
1. Exam (Math)
- time pressured
- try to practice your math and logic skills
2. Panel Interview
- Questions can be difficult for fresh grads.
- You will be in a room with other candidates. You will talk about your thoughts in front of everyone.
3. Technical Exam
- Programming
4. 1 on 1 interview with manager
- career choice, general knowledge
- mostly they will assess how quick witted you are when it comes to solving problems.
5. Offer
- the offer came after a month from the interview process.
- grad hires do not get to be asked their expected salary. take it or leave it.

Interviewer doesn't ask related questions. He is trying to google it and expecting same answer as per google only. Even though they don't know the concept, at a point I feel that person/interviewer is not related technology which they want.

Interview
The interviewers were friendly and approachable. They made sure the candidate is comfortable and ensured that they are at ease. The first round was conversational, followed by take home case study and then follow up on the case study in the job location. The fourth round was manager round and the fifth was the final round on salary discussion

They started off with the typical questions, such as “tell me about yourself,” followed by a couple of behavioral questions, and then they asked me why I wanted to work at IBM.
