Interview
Very long process. Interviewer demands too many documents, while leaving you hanging with very little "feedback".
Also IATA insisted that its a must to contact my current employer at the time! I never heard of an organization that contact your current employer and ask (this person might leave your organization and work for us, what do yoiu think of him)? This should not be the case!!

Interview
First interview with HR and Department Manager, then language assessment test.
They did not even bother to give me a negative response. I wrote two emails about the next steps or the result but they remained silent.

Interview process was very well handled and it followed the standards of talking to HR, hiring manager and director. Each step of the process was communicated timely via email. HR team was always available for any questions.
