I started with Phone screen interview followed by job History Form Fill-out and if you get qualified for that you get an one to one in person interview. It took me about 30-40 mins with a member from HR team. Then you get a final interview which is the final stage with a hr and two managers. At the final interview, one of the manager was an expatriate from South Korea headquarter and he could not even speak in english and he took a photo of my resume and me while i was answering questions! Really, I don't think it's an appreciate thing to do. I thought everything went smoothly but still haven't heard a thing from them when it has been about 2 weeks already and they said they will get in touch with me within a week.
