I was given this job by my manager. I was already working for them as their Teller Supervisor. Many jobs are like this within the branch; if you work hard and have a good rapport with your manager, they will offer you promotions when they open up.

I interviewed with the district manager and he asked basic questions, but when I asked him about the sales goals he was very vague. Also I asked him if I would get fired for not meeting the goes and he said "No"...Well guess what? I did!

Interview
At first you fill out the application. Then you receive a phone call from a recruiter. After that you go to your branch and interview. It was super easy very simple. I am trying to get to a different spot now so we will see how that goes.
