The hiring process is lenghthy and can take up to a few months as you will most likely interview with a region manager and divisional manager. You will have to submit to a credit check and then pass a battery of personality tests to see if you have the "right stuff". Even if you are selected to go out to training this still does not guarantee a position. You could be denied a contract even on the last day of the five weeks of training.
