The interview process started with a brief automated text with pre-screening questions, I then had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a video interview with the hiring team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you needed to push back in your role. What did you do and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Humana in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied online & filled out the application. A day or so later I was sent an invite to complete their "new and exciting voice interview". What a terrible process & awful candidate experience. I think you can take the time to chat with a candidate if you like them enough instead of having them press buttons and answer automated questions.

Question 1
How many roles can you handle at a time? How many pharmacy techs have you hired at once? (this question was asked several times)
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied to Humana through a job board. A few days after I applied, I received an email informing me I was selected to move to the first step. The first step was a "self-paced audio pre-screen," which took half an hour. I never heard back, even after reaching out to the contact person in the email multiple times.
