After choosing the community I am seeking to get engaged with. I would focus on the peoples needs, wants, likes, dislikes and most joyful actions that seem to form the unique outlook of that community. Then put together a 10 simple question servay. Then go out to the community events and servay as many as possible while engaging with them to better understand who they are and what the stand for. After collecting there data and observing the actions. Colaberate with people I trust to form something that when put into action will draw them together to perform resulting in what they said and there actions showed they neededand wanted.
