greet the customer the minute they enter the store, ask if there is anything particular they are looking for today, if we did not have a certain size or color they needed ask if they wanted me to call another store to see if they had it go beyond the customers expectations

Its all about providing the best service possible to the customers and making them happy. Seeing what they want or what is their query and giving them the best solution and putting up a smile on their face. In the end its just about satisfying the customers queries,needs.
