Face-to-face interview at HISD's job fair; many schools were present and you can be hired on the spot; all schools present had either their Assistant Principal or Dean as their hiring agent. All applicants simply needed their cover letter and resume available at the interview. This job fair was the only one of its kind that hired on-the-spot. HISD has another interview process where applicants go through 5-7 stages. I would advise anyone to attend their job fair rather than go through the lengthier process.
