Pretty chill interview tbh, 1 quick HR interview (15 or 30 minutes? I forgot), then 30 min interview with a few members of the team you're interviewing for. That one's more technical but not intense and they're very supportive if you don't know the answer off the bat.

I received a video interview about three weeks after I submitted my resume, and I selected my own interview time with Microsoft teams. The company informed me about two weeks later whether I would go on to the next round of interviews.
