I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Homebrand in Jan 2012
Interview
Applied though monster and was called with-in 3 days. Interviewed with the sales manager and was offered the position about a week later or sooner. Took place at a local hotel lobby, although I heard of others interviewed in a Panera bread. Was asked simple questions about my building/construction background, customer service, and aggressiveness. lasted about 45 minutes an hour at most. Make sure you write down all of the names of the people you speak with a long the way. You may be quizzed indirectly. Like "who called you to set up the interview?" Why Home Brands? Tell me about the position as you see or understand it? Nothing hard just do your research on the company and be sure to stop by your local home depot store to check out the shed displays near the area you interview by. Be able to carry on a conversation about them. I actually put together a small list of things I noticed about the displays that I thought needed to be repaired or fixed, they loved it.
