After sending in your CV and Cover Letter, you'll be asked to attend an in-person interview and it's usually one-on-one. It lasted for around 20 minutes and at the end I got told I had been accepted and went straight into training.

Tell me about yourself. Why is this job appealing to you? Can you tell me about a situation where you overcame a difficulty in regards to a customer service role?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at HomeSense (Manchester, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Easy and most of the questions were situation-based. The interview was not too hard and the interviewer was genuinely interested in my experiences. After the interview, I was informed by the interviewer himself that I had been selected.
interview was quick, and mostly scenerio based questions (ex. name a time you had a conflict and how did you go about it?) you don’t need previous experience to be considered.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at HomeSense (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Sep 2023
Interview
Smooth, straight to the point. A healthy list of questions, each calculated to gauge prospects' competences at different aspect of what makes a great business associate. Questions were sometimes repeated in a different way, but designed to elicit some sort of nuance a prior, similar response may have lacked.
