The Pre interview phone call, was to say the least, poorly conducted. Having previously worked PT for the company, albeit a different franchisee, I wanted to return PT, to assist people in need and dementia laden. Although I stated clearly on the pre interview phone call that I was only interested in PT and not prepared to do personal care, I was invited to the interview. At the interview it became very clear when they repeatedly mentioned personal care. It was apparent that I was there at their request on false pretences. I explained the pre interview call and reiterated the conversation and said that there was a failing, an over site on their part, but I was happy to walk away. The Principal, the franchisee then came in into the interview room and started the most unprofessional tirade I have ever witnessed. This man had no respect for me, I'm 70, and I left, concerned about the drive in him as not being the best, nor his respect for staff or potential staff

VERY easy. The interviewer was sick, that probably helped LOL. Basic questions about personal ability. I had to talk about what I liked to do in my free time. A lot of questions about my car, since this job requires you to drive to appointments and stuff.
