HR reached out to me on LinkedIn for the job opening and scheduled a screening call. I had two HRs on the screening call (surprising), one of whom was in training. It seems like they just scheduled a call to train. When I asked what the next steps were, HR was not sure, and she responded that it would take 2-3 weeks to give a response, just to get a reply for the screening call. Did not even explain the position to me, and straight away jumped into questions. Extremely unprofessional,
