Interview
A sit down with the hiring manager and the General Manager. It all went very smooth and was conducted in the lobby of the hotel each time I met with a manager or the GM.
One day trial to make sure I am comfortable facing client and working in food and beverage. I spent a full day greeting and customers, taking the order and coordination with the kitchen.
