It’s really difficult and needs you to be focused and relaxed , study about the job itself and real situation you may go through As a medical rep, write down your skills, and the most important skills that makes you fit.

Smooth HR was on zoom and there were 3 heads in the interview, the interview went smoothly without any difficulty, however they seemed to not know how to ask behavioral interview questions and kept getting on each other’s toes. I asked them how long would it take to hear back from them etc and they said a couple of days and not to worry my interview went great. Never heard from them, not even a thank you email and a rejection. Disappointed.
