Recruiter interview, then senior team member interview, then assignment before meeting with hiring manager, then interview with hiring manager and senior team mate to present the assignment, lastly in person in office meeting. The assignment is given before you even meet with hiring manager. Was not happy with the fact that they gave a big assignment before even meeting the hiring manager and that they asked for it to be in a presentation format without knowing if I would get to present it.
