Interview
Firstly i received mail from hi-tech balaji mirkhale. since last two years and not even responded because my many colleagues also get same emails from long time.
But recently i went for interview just for gaining interview experience.
Firstly when i entered in their office their security guard started interviewing me kitna experience h aur konsa software. After answering he give me a form and after he took me to their tool test pc one person comes and give me a drawing and told me that within 1 hr complete 3d model along with 2d drawing.
Drawing with incomplete dimensions!!!!
I completed it within time after completion i was shocked with the answer of that person that we will review your cad model and get back to you soon.
I ask him what about technical and other interview he answered we call you,,,,,
That's all!!!!
I am an engineer and they judge only on a 3d model and drawing!!!
And if they don't have related vacancies then why they called me.
Suck you guys you just wasted my time money and efforts.
And finally i dont konw who is balaji.
And even no one ready to tell me who is balaji.
All this is only non sense plz don't go for interview it all about wasting money time and everything.

Interview
I was contacted through a recruiting consultant. Some brief questions regarding my current job and later called for a PI after my CV was shortlisted. They will call you at the HO in Gurgaon and conduct a software test followed by some technical questions in a 1 to 1 interview.

Question 1
Mostly related to your knowledge of CAD , GD&T & Engineering Drawing. Software specific questions based on your experience (Pro/E, Catia, etc.)
Finally, a 2D/3D task on the specific CAD software.Basically, they want to check your proficiency and comfort level in those softwares.

4. Pre-Employment Assessments
Our assessments may vary based on the position you apply to. The assessments will be conducted online or at an OHL location. The assessments will assist OHL during the interview process. 5. Offer of Employment

7. Drug Test
Before your scheduled start date, OHL will ask that you submit to a pre-employment drug screen. In most cases, this can be completed at an OHL location. Your offer of employment will be contingent upon a negative drug screen.
8. First Day of Work
Either your new manager or a member of Human Resources will be in contact with you to discuss your first day of work with OHL. If you have any questions before your first day, please contact your new manager or Human Resources at your location.
