worst question asking like about the different between 6 and 7, how to manage iis, what is work process of iis, maximum question is related to configuration of iis. Even he do not know the polymorphism types. His attitude is looks irritating..

He was not asking question related to technology which is your correct role, It was related to configuration o of iis and hardware after that he was come on point then asking old feature and he do't have cross question against my answer. My experience was totally bad with him.
