Healthmark Industries Company interview questions

I applied online on indeed with my resume. I got a cold call 3 weeks later from HR wanting to ask about my background and schedule an interview. I interviewed in person 1 week later. The in person interview was very behavioral based and they just wanted to know more about your background. It was a very pleasant experience and was hosted by 3 people in a panel. It has been over 3 weeks now since the interview and I haven't received a rejection or acceptance notification.
