The initial phone call interview had mainly behavioral questions about me and my experiences and about my interest in the field and the company. They were basic questions with no surprises.

Phone interview that lasted 15 minutes. The interviewer was pleasant to talk to. Did an excellent job at describing the work environment. After the phone interview I was told I would hear back from them but never did. I tried following up with them but no response.
