Submitted resume via the company website. Phone interview went horribly; I hung up and forgot about the job because I assumed I screwed it up so badly. Most of the questions were relative to my software experience and previous experience in healthcare.
In-person interview was relatively easy. I had work experience in the healthcare field, and fielded many of the off-the-wall questions about healthcare reform policy with ease. Went out to lunch with a few people my age, and felt very confident about the position after I came back. Honestly would have been surprised if I did not get an offer after how well the interview went, despite the fact that I had heard (and now confirmed) that the offer to interview ratio is close to 15%.
