Not long after I applied online, I received a phone call from the recruiting admin to set up a time for a phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter asked me to walk her through my resume. She also asked about my salary requirements. Next, she said she would submit my information to the hiring manager, and would contact me if he wanted a face-to-face interview. The in-person interview occurred at the Hawaiian Airlines HQ by HNL. There I met the recruiter and the Director of InFlight Services. The director asked the majority of the questions, which were very few. The entire interview lasted about 20 minutes.
