I applied online, got a call about a week later for an interview. After this interview, I was invited to do a ‘stach’(follow) — I got a call two days later for a final interview with GM where I was offered the position.

Not much , you can go to the back of the restaruant door and apply and have an interview right there. No paper work or a general interview to select strong employees or knowledgable ones at that.. The interview process didn't consist on much just as long as you can speak English for the front and only Spanish decent for the back . Worst place ever and worst management staff that could absolutely run a business or keep employees
