The interview process was very streamlined and enjoyable. Dallas was consistently communicative, everyone I met with was transparent about where they stood with me, and I was provided with honest feedback throughout the process. Oftentimes I find that interviewers are unable to have difficult conversations with me while we are learning about each other, however, they are usually the same people that would be leading me and my team. In my opinion, if you can't have those hard conversations with me now, why could I reasonably expect that you can do it when I am on your team? The pursuit of linear career growth is difficult in the absence of honest, constructive feedback. Building trust is futile in the absence of authenticity and transparency. Building and leading exceptional teams is impossible in absence of both of those things. TL;DR - Great experience with a fantastic team of leaders. Even if I hadn't gotten the offer, I would say this was the best interview experience I've had to date.
