I was initially contacted by the recruiter and then interviewed with him. I then met with the hiring manager shortly after that. Nothing out of the ordinary but I never heard back after the interview.

Phone screen by the recruiter, followed by a Zoom call with the hiring manager. Disappointed about the time invested and no feedback by the recruiter - given the proactive approach of how Harness recruits people, please consider actually providing some feedback.
