I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Harbor Freight Tools (Canton, OH)
Interview
Pretty basic interview process. Manager was very nice and was very friendly. Interview process was very minimal for knowledge, and straightforward. Didn't take long, and there wasn't anybody else there but me and the manager. Met some of the staff and what my job would entice overall. Showed me the whole place from the warehouse to the front desk as well as what duties I'd be assigned to.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Harbor Freight Tools in Jan 2026
Interview
From the moment I walked into the office for the interview, I sensed I wouldn’t be receiving an offer. I understood I was overqualified, but I was simply seeking a part‑time role for personal reasons. I didn’t receive any feedback until I followed up myself. If attracting talent is truly a priority, timely communication speaks volumes and reflects the culture an organization claims to uphold.
