It was very friendly and easy. Hannaford is a very fun job. The only problem is trying to get enough hours. Its a very flexible job. If you hsve small children they are very willing to work around schedlue.
Easy interview, met in person. Met with a few different people, clear process. Questions were related to role. Did a little quiz to see if you were ethical and that was easy too.

Super Easy. 6 minutes. Why Hannafords? was likely the hardest one that requires any perspective. It was however very impersonal. The others were regarding availability, which was relatively easy to change after being hired, which i appreciated.
They ask you questions like how to use “the power of you” while working and how to satisfy customers. They also ask why you want to work there and what your greatest strength is, the basic interview questions people typically see.
