Interview
I was requested by name by the Division Chief. I had a quick interview with the program manager, but I would not call it official. I met the manager at a social one night. He took me to the side and I reviewed your resume and you look good to me.

Question 1
The program manager asked about my background, such as my military career, working for the federal agency, and my expectations for a contracting job.
Poor interview. The interviewer was eating the whole time on our call and didn't seem interested at all. It went on for about 5-10 minutes he didn't correctly explain the job nor did he ask any questions about my expertise or work history.
