The interview was in Tampa's office over Skype with HR and the IT regional manager. They made me feel very comfortable during the process. I thought the interview went well as the manager said it did. I didn't even get a call back, an email or a response to my personal email in regards to the position. I have worked with Engineering firms for the past 18 years. I believe it was because of my age that I did not get the position, I am 61.
