The beginning of the process was smooth asking questions in general about yourself and retail knowledge. The final interview with VP was not built on the leadership position. Much more difficult having to answer questions that make no sence

Interview
Straight forward, honest, and direct. They didn't waste any time, didn't ask any questions out the norm. Nothing was overly complicated. Response times were fair and reasonable. Communication was clear.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at H E B in May 2016
Interview
The hiring manager/ interviewer did not seem qualified. Probing questions were not professional and she seemed disinterested, so why bother interview candidates. She did not seem to be able to recognize and disseminate the information given to her.
