It began as an on campus interview with two employees. Then from there it moved to on-site. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until after the on site interview. At that point we had already had 2 interviews (which technically turned out to be 7 overall), then they switched to a recruiting system that asked us the basic questions all over again. After it seemed like we were moving backwards with the 3rd party recruiter, the company never got back to us. Contact just dissipated. This made me disappointed in a company that I had respected.
