Interview
Referred internally, a few weeks later had an initial 30-min phone interview with a managing consultant. Was told I would find out next steps in about a week or two. I hear nothing for 2 months. The initial interviewer didn't even know what position I was interviewing for and it was clear they hadn't even looked at my resume until the interview. It was a very cookie-cutter type behaviroal with no surprises. Then get invited to a super day final round where I had to give a 30-min presentation and also got interviewed by an associate director and a managing consultant (both behaviroal). The meeting link was broken which wasted 7 min out of my 30 min time-slot, my interviews for both initial and final round had to be rescheduled last-second, and HR didn't respond to any of my emails regarding timeline or next steps. About three weeks later, found out I did not get the offer. HR was absolutely horrendous and unprofessional. Recommendation: find a company that actually cares about the candidates they're interviewing. The entire process took about 4 months.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to make a tough decision, and how did you navigate it?
Painless. Comparable to other consulting firms. Includes cases, behavioral, and conversion with different level. Final interview in person sometimes depending on the office and position. The interview process was pretty quick in length. 3-4 rounds of interviews can be expected
1 talent screening phone call to understand background and what you are looking for and 1 round of interviews, mostly behavioral based in a group discussion. Interview itself was based on past projects I had taken on and how I managed them.
2 rounds with standard behavioural interviews, mini case and a prepared case presentation. First round was virtual, second round was in office. Interviewers were friendly and answered any questions about the firm.
