Group interview for associates. Scoping the selling techniques, fashion styling ability, personal style, and the person's ability to socialize and interact as well as how to follow directions in a timely matter.
I had one interview with the General manager and then proceeded to a panel interview with the Region, LP, and District Manager. They asked about Loss prevention, sales leading, customer focus , etc.

The hiring process took a little over a month because of everything HR related but I had consistent follow up daily with either the SM or DM. It was clear they wanted me. Very laid back in all interviews. One in person with SM, phone with DM then in person with Dm
