Interview
I met the representative of Guardian at ASNY career fair. They contacted me to go to their office for interviews. There are three interviewers, all one on one interviews, the first one is the only asked technical questions, discussed about the annuity products and the riders. the 2nd one is the student program representative, talked about the student program at Guardian, and asked behavioral questions, 3rd one is the recruiting director, told me about herself and just let me ask questions.
30 min video interview with 1 actuarial student and 1 a bit higher up- both previous interns. Mostly asked resume based questions. More like a conversation than an interview- interviewers always responded with their thoughts on my answer.

Question 1
How do you balance challenging priorities with academics, leadership roles, exam studying, etc.
Had 1 30 minute interview with 2 people, heard back the next business day. Interview was pretty chill, just asked the basic behavioral questions and 1 of the “how many ping pong balls fit in xxx” type questions

Interview
It was a 30 min interview with 2 actuaries from different teams. It was very pleasant and they took turns asking questions. I talked about my goals and aspiration and why I was suited for the company and this industry.
